Technical Business Analyst – Payments & Fraud Systems
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering execution. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize payment routing and fraud prevention solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for payment and fraud-related initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Design and optimize payment routing workflows and fraud prevention processes.
Analyze data and system performance to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
Support API integrations, system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
