Job Summary
Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Maryland Heights, Missouri.

Core Responsibilities
Partner closely with Product, Customer Operations, UX/UI, Development, and Business Intelligence teams to gather and analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and ensure solutions meet both business and operational needs.
Evaluate business requests, identify gaps and edge cases, and ensure proposed solutions align with the broader application landscape.
Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements within Jira and Confluence
Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC, providing clarification and validating delivered functionality
Perform functional testing, regression testing, and release validation prior to production deployments
Utilize Postman to validate APIs and support integration testing

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst supporting software development initiatives
Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills with the ability to think critically about impacts and edge cases
Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience with Splunk
Experience creating technical mappings or integration documentation is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $100,000 and $112,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
