Technical Business Analyst – Connected Vehicle / Over-The-Air (OTA)

About the Role:

• We are seeking a driven and technically minded Business Analyst (or Business Technical Analyst) to join our Global Connected Services (GCS) delivery team. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling and optimizing our Global Over-The-Air (GOTA) update capabilities across enterprise commercial vehicle fleets.
• You will act as the bridge between global business stakeholders, software engineering teams, and system architects. Translating complex connected vehicle processes and customer needs into crisp software requirements, user stories, and technical specifications, you will ensure seamless service delivery across the US, Netherlands, and India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Lifecycle: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements from inception to deployment.
• Process Mapping & User Stories: Translate business needs into clear user stories, business process flows, functional/technical specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Global Coordination: Coordinate worldwide application setup, onboarding, and configuration across multiple international markets and cross-functional teams.
• System Integration Support: Support integration initiatives involving cloud-based applications, APIs, connected vehicle platforms, and data flows.
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and global business leads.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Continuous Improvement & Change Management: Analyze fleet management workflows, prepare change management plans, create user documentation, and deliver stakeholder training.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–4+ years of professional experience in business analysis, software requirements gathering, and system documentation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Core Competencies: Strong track record in stakeholder management, workflow mapping, requirement workshops, and cross-team facilitation.
• Communication: Business and tech industry fluency in English with executive-level presentation and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile/Scrum: Proven experience operating within Agile/Scrum teams using lifecycle tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
• Technical Aptitude: Baseline understanding of APIs, data architectures, cloud environments, and connected IoT/telematics platforms.
• Global Exposure: Demonstrated experience working effectively across distributed, multicultural teams (specifically EU and India time zones).
• Industry Domain: Experience in automotive, fleet management, telematics, or commercial transportation platforms is a major plus.
