You're joining a firm at a genuinely exciting point. Private equity investment is fueling a period of significant growth and modernization, and the technology function is right at the center of it. This isn't a role where you sit between two teams and pass messages back and forth. You're partnering with business leaders and developers to design the right technical solutions and turn complex business needs into clear technical deliverables.

Your day-to-day puts you in direct conversation with stakeholders across the firm. You're understanding the problems they're trying to solve, identifying gaps that may have been overlooked, and ensuring the teams building the solution understand not just what's needed, but why. You'll help influence solution design, reduce technical debt, and balance business priorities with what's technically achievable.

The role is fully remote, so you're managing your time and your output without someone looking over your shoulder. The team believes flexibility and career growth go hand in hand, and that shows in how they operate.

You're comfortable working across multiple SDLC methodologies and producing technical deliverables like functional specifications, wireframes, and data flows. You can communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Jira experience is a plus, SQL is preferred, and experience with logical class models is an added bonus.
