Tax Analyst

• Title: Tax Analyst
• Rate: $23 - $25
• Location: Columbus, OH 43240
• Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

• • Prepare and file annual personal property tax returns for various entities across the firm
• • Analyze and submit associated personal property tax bills for payment
• • Review and analyze asset listings and lien date transaction data to ensure that assets are properly classified
• • File protests with the taxing jurisdiction as needed
• • Research, analyze and resolve general ledger account reconciliations
• • Ensure that all activities are completed prior to state-imposed deadlines
• • Extract Property tax data from legacy systems utilizing ad hoc reporting tools
• • Analyze Property tax data from legacy systems to identify issues and trends
