- Position Overview
- Our client is seeking experienced Targeting Systems Analysts to support intelligence operations in Molesworth, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all-source intelligence analysis, military capabilities, complex target systems, and intelligence production. This role requires the ability to analyze complex systems, identify vulnerabilities and dependencies, and develop detailed assessments that support targeting and operational planning.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analysis of foreign military capabilities and complex target systems.
- Analyze systems, networks, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and operational capabilities.
- Collaborate with multiple intelligence agencies and organizations to develop assessments and build analytic consensus.
- Produce and present detailed intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings.
- Apply structured analytic techniques and established Intelligence Community tradecraft.
- Support targeting and operational planning requirements.
- Evaluate complex systems and military capabilities to identify relationships, vulnerabilities, and operational impacts.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to intelligence and operational audiences.
- Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active DoD Top Secret security clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems.
- Experience collaborating across multiple intelligence agencies or organizations.
- Experience producing and presenting long-form intelligence products.
- Strong knowledge of intelligence analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, and structured analysis.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Target Systems Analyst or Targeting Analyst.
- Experience analyzing military capabilities within the European Theater.
- Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle.
- Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process.
- Master's degree.
- Compensation & Location
- Salary: $90,000-$98,000 per year. Location: New England, ND. Onsite, Full-Time, Permanent.
