About the Role

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will serve as the architect of the talent acquisition data strategy, connecting complex data infrastructure, advanced workforce and resource modeling, and executive-level decision-making.

You will create the frameworks used to evaluate hiring efficiency and develop the data-driven narratives that help shape global talent acquisition strategy. Your analysis will directly influence executive decisions, resource allocation, workforce planning, and long-term business growth.

What You’ll Do

Data Architecture & Strategy

  • Design and own the talent acquisition data architecture, ensuring reliable integration across the ATS, HRIS, and Clinical Recruiting analytics systems.

  • Establish standards for data quality, reporting consistency, compliance, and governance, including GDPR and EEOC requirements.

Capacity & Predictive Modeling

  • Develop recruiter capacity and workload models to help ensure the Talent Acquisition team is appropriately staffed to meet changing hiring needs.
  • Build predictive hiring models for time-to-fill, offer acceptance, funnel conversion, and related metrics to identify potential hiring bottlenecks before they affect the business.
  • Partner with Finance and Workforce Planning to align headcount budgets, attrition forecasts, and hiring plans within a unified operational model.

Executive Storytelling & Insights

  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and presentations for the Head of Talent Acquisition, Executive Team, and Business Unit Leaders.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews for the Talent Acquisition organization, providing actionable recommendations based on hiring performance and trends.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies across the recruiting funnel and recommend data-driven improvements to Talent Acquisition leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or workforce planning, including at least 3+ years specifically focused on Talent Acquisition or HR analytics at enterprise scale.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or SQL is required.
  • Strong experience building enterprise-grade data models using Tableau, Power BI, or Visier is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical and complex data into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations for executive-level audiences.
  • Proven experience building sophisticated capacity models and headcount forecasting frameworks from the ground up, preferably within a fast-paced or scaling environment.
  • Deep familiarity with modern applicant tracking system data structures and talent CRM platforms.
  • Direct experience with Lever or Ashby is highly preferred.
  • Experience with other enterprise recruiting and HR systems, including Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or comparable platforms, is also acceptable.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account options.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Employee coaching and therapy services.
  • Potential equity participation through discretionary restricted stock units.
  • Competitive paid time off policies, including vacation, sick days, and company holidays.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • 401(k) retirement benefits.
  • Monthly technology allowance.
