Join a global technical services organization supporting pharmaceutical and life sciences operations as a Systems / Data Analyst. This remote contract opportunity focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise systems, reporting platforms, and data solutions using technologies such as Planisware, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, SQL, and the Microsoft Office Suite. You'll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision making across cross-functional technical teams.

Contract Duration: 12+ Months
- Required Skills & Experience
- · Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- · 5–8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst
- · Hands-on experience administering Planisware or another enterprise PPM platform
- · Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting
- · SharePoint site administration and development experience
- · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- · Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Office Suite
- · Working knowledge of SQL
- · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
- · Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- · Excellent communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Desired Skills & Experience
- · Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated industries
- · Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
- · Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements
- · PMP or equivalent project management certification
- · Lean or continuous process improvement experience
- · Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones
