We are seeking an experienced Information Services Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership across a designated application or systems portfolio. In this role, you will oversee application support, optimization, project delivery, and service management processes while collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuous improvements.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate application support, optimization, implementation, and enhancement activities across assigned systems and functional areas.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex application, process, and service-related issues.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions and customer-focused outcomes.
• Act as a key contributor throughout project lifecycles, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and optimization efforts.
• Lead complex requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, workflow analysis, process mapping, and solution design activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, operational stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and future initiatives.
• Identify risks, conflicts, and project roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee workload distribution, project assignments, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery of commitments.
• Mentor, coach, and support team members through knowledge sharing, skill development, and cross-training initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, meetings, and project discussions to support collaboration and decision-making.
• Provide accurate and timely project reporting, status updates, and executive communications.
• Lead large-scale, high-impact, or sensitive projects from planning through implementation and support.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance processes, quality requirements, and change management procedures.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, compliance, and business teams to design and maintain effective system solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, system capabilities, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Coordinate planning and execution efforts across multiple applications and functional areas.
• Support incident, problem, request, and change management activities to ensure service excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.

• Required Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information through reports, dashboards, charts, and visualizations.
• Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technology environments.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience supporting business applications, enterprise systems, information technology, or related functional areas.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing strategic priorities.
• Experience mentoring team members and serving as a technical or functional subject matter expert.
• Demonstrated success in requirements analysis, workflow optimization, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, solve complex challenges, and drive resolution across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience coordinating teams, assigning work, and providing leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement experience.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous leadership, team lead, supervisory, or people management experience.
• Experience with enterprise applications, system integrations, and operational support processes.
• Relevant certifications in project management, business analysis, information systems, or technology disciplines.
• Experience working within highly regulated or complex operational environments.
