2. About the Opportunity:
The Systems Analyst III plays a critical role in analyzing, developing, and enhancing computer systems to support the organization''s health and social service programs. This position ensures systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall mission by providing accurate data and solutions that support program management and decision-making.
3. Responsibilities:
- Perform complex, journey-level systems analysis with moderate independence
- Conduct studies and prepare reports with findings, recommendations, and implementation guidance
- Define system problems clearly and develop effective solutions
- Review computer outputs to identify and correct errors
- Support project coordination, including status reports and documentation
- Develop and modify standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and policies
- Foster teamwork and maintain unit harmony
- Promote IT excellence through effective communication and engagement
- Perform other duties as assigned, including disaster response support if needed
4. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience in IT project reporting and system standards development
- Knowledge of system development life cycle, project management, and process improvement methods
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to write and revise standards and procedures
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $4,523.16 to $7,253.83 per month
