Systems Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead solution design and delivery, defining scope and solution options
• Partner with project teams on estimates/timelines, and apply Agile/Scrum and Lean techniques
• Configure and validate solutions, performing application configuration (attributes, workflows, UI changes)
• Build/execute test plans and validate results (including complex queries and operational reporting)
• Own production support and stability, providing 24x7 support for critical systems
• Lead root-cause analysis and trend insights, coordinating cross-team/vendor resolution

What You'll Need

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, solution design, and IT operations
• Strong capability in requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration/integration points for relevant applications/platforms
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts
• Experience leading complex initiatives and multiple tracks of work
• Experience driving process re-engineering/Lean improvements and user-centric design practices
• Experience leading data conversion and advanced query/reporting for operational insights
