Basic Qualifications

This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located at the Huntsville, AL facility.

This position will provide Software Asset Management with responsibility for successfully maintaining day to day operational support as it relates to Software Asset Management and Problem ticket coordination.

The Position will integrate with user community, Desktop, Server, IT Procurement teams to successfully plan, support, coordinate, and track software assets throughout the software asset’s lifecycle from procurement to deployment, to maintenance, and disposition. Familiar working in a virtual environment.

Daily activities include data analysis, and reporting; customer service, producing monthly metrics, ticket routing and maintenance of software asset information in asset management databases.

Desired Skills

• Working knowledge of software reconciliation, licensing, maintenance and conditions between procured rights and compliance.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of maintaining accurate software inventory levels. Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment.
• Ability to create, author and follow processes.
• Experience assisting in the development and maintenance of effective software asset management processes and procedures.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Experience with Filemaker Pro and Procure-to-pay system (P2P) system,
• Experience in a call center environment

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
