- Role Overview
- The position is for a System / Business Analyst with experience in PeopleSoft and ServiceNow. The analyst will support procurement and financial analysis tasks, focusing on timely renewal of licensing, support, and maintenance contracts—primarily for the MTA IT Cyber Security Division, but also for other divisions as needed. The role involves providing procurement, budget, and financial information related to Cyber Division operations.

- tEntering requisitions into PeopleSoft, including justification comments and ensuring sufficient budget exists prior to submission
- .Tracking active IT contracts and ensuring renewals are processed without service interruptions
- .Collaborating with IT and MTA HQ Procurement staff to resolve issues and advise project teams
- .Ensuring compliance with procurement, budget, and HR policies
- .Budget Suppor
- tTracking planned and actual expenses; supporting annual accrual processes
- .Working with Budget Managers to resolve variances
- .Providing timely budget, procurement, and spend information
- .Performing basic financial analysis and reporting
- .Human Resources Suppor
- tTracking and supporting consultant/professional services engagements in Beeline Vendor Management System
- .Entering PeopleSoft requisitions to fund consultant contracts/POs
- .Assisting with onboarding new consultants and professional services resources
