• Position Overview
• We are seeking an experienced System Analyst 3 to work as part of an Agile team, supporting business requirements, process analysis, documentation, testing, and project coordination.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure DevOps/Jira, Business Analysis, QA/testing, process mapping, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
• Translate business needs into technical requirements
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
• Track and manage defects
• Support UAT and coordinate with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams
• Maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Support Agile/Scrum activities and project coordination

• Required Skills
• 3+ years of Business Analyst/System Analyst experience
• 3+ years of Azure DevOps or Jira experience
• Hands-on experience creating Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• 3+ years of AS-IS/TO-BE process analysis and documentation
• 3+ years of BA/QA tools experience such as Visio or Figma
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Understanding of BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities

Preferred

• Previous QA Analyst experience
• Experience creating product roadmaps
• Experience with test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and UAT
• Scrum Master experience
