- Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid)
- Duration: 3 months + possible extension
Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze current Microsoft 365 and SharePoint processes and recommend improvements
- Assist with configuration and support of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools
- Support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and basic Power BI reporting where applicable
- Troubleshoot SharePoint, M365, and Power Platform issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams
- Review existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation or process improvement
- Assist with user access, permissions, governance, and documentation
- Create and maintain process documentation, support guides, requirements documents, and training materials
- Work remotely with client stakeholders while maintaining clear communication and timely status updates
- Follow the client’s established onboarding, initiation, and engagement process
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online in an enterprise environment
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Proven experience supporting and enhancing production Microsoft 365 environments
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution experience
- Experience managing permissions, security groups, and governance controls
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint migrations, redesigns, or governance initiatives
- Experience building or supporting Power Automate workflows
- Experience creating basic Power Apps or supporting existing apps
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams administration or collaboration governance
- Experience with Power BI or reporting dashboards
- Microsoft certifications are a plus, such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, MS-900, or related
