System Analyst

• Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
• Location: Westminster, CO, United States
• Duration: until 12/04/2026
• Pay Rate: $34-$35.71/hr

Duties:

• Managing the Pipeline Reporting function including approving deals registered by partners subject to specific requirements
• Auditing of deals entered by partners against specific data elements
• Managing on-boarding process for new partners into the partner portal
• Partner query resolution and issues relating to PRM tool usage
• Completing analysis relating to tool metrics and usage
• Ensuring Lead routing methodologies are followed and accurately recorded within the Partner Portal
• Supporting PRM administrator in updates and maintenance of the tool

Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics is a plus.
• Experience in customer engagement and query resolution would be an advantage.
• High degree of analytical competency.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel are a must.
• Excellent problem solving and analysing skills.
• Ability to adapt to change positively, thrive in a matrixed work environment, and effectively manage competing demands.
• Fluent English language skills.
