System Analyst

• We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a proven background in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and cross-functional project delivery.
• This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience translating complex business processes into detailed technical requirements and has worked directly with developers in a structured development environment (Agile or similar).

• What You Will Be Doing
• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and product teams
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed technical specifications and user stories ready for development
• Create structured documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and UI interaction designs
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and developers, ensuring requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Evaluate requests for technical feasibility, scope, and impact before development begins
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations in a production environment
• Participate in testing cycles, including UAT, and validate that delivered solutions meet requirements
• Maintain system documentation and workflows for ongoing support and scalability

• Must-Have Experience (Required)
• To be considered, candidates must meet ALL of the following:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar IT-focused role
• Demonstrated experience writing:
• Technical requirements and functional specifications
• User stories with acceptance criteria
• Process flows or workflow diagrams
• Experience working directly with software developers or technical teams on system implementations
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or structured development methodologies
• Experience supporting live/production systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Preferred (Not Required, but Strongly Valued)
• Experience with enterprise applications or large-scale systems
• Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, or query writing
• Experience working on multi-department or cross-functional projects
• Exposure to UI/UX documentation or system design artifacts
