  • Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst based in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area, with a combination of onsite and work-from-home days. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will maintain and optimize supply chain technology platforms, ensuring accurate item, vendor, and contract data across systems. This role will analyze supply chain performance, develop reports and dashboards, and support demand planning, inventory optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives. The analyst will collaborate with clinical, purchasing, finance, and logistics teams to understand requirements, streamline workflows, and resolve system issues or data discrepancies. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting system problems, testing and implementing enhancements, documenting processes, training users, and supporting system upgrades and integrations to improve reliability, visibility, and efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong supply chain operations knowledge, including Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Management, with experience in healthcare or a similarly regulated environment preferred.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including Analytical Skills and experience using data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) to interpret trends, drive insights, and support decision-making.
  • Experience in Demand Planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization to support product availability, cost control, and service level targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with ERP or supply chain systems (e.g., Lawson/Infor, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and comfort with system configuration, testing, and user support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and basic understanding of contracting and materials management is a plus.
