Role: Supply Chain Functional Business Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Basic Qualifications
(Skills required for this job with minimum years of experience)
7+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis, functional consulting, or business process transformation.
5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst on enterprise technology or transformation programmes.
4+ years of strong functional/business experience in Supply Chain Management.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including demand, supply, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, order fulfilment, and logistics.
3+ years of experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience supporting enterprise application implementation, enhancement, integration, or transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and business validation.
Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with business stakeholders in an onshore/client-facing environment.
