Are you passionate about demand planning, supply chain optimization, and delivering operational excellence? We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join a dynamic Supply Chain Planning team and play a key role in balancing demand and supply while supporting business growth.
- What You'll Do
- As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage forecasting, inventory planning, supply alignment, and product availability. You will help drive data-driven decisions that improve customer service levels, forecast accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply and demand plans using customer sales, inventory, and distribution data.
- Analyze sales trends and identify unexpected demand fluctuations or supply risks.
- Coordinate actions across multiple teams to ensure products are available at the right place and time.
- Monitor key supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, forecast accuracy, service performance, and stock coverage.
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and global supply chain teams to support planning initiatives.
- Support new product launches, lifecycle transitions, and business-critical supply chain projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and system utilization.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities and provide actionable insights.
- Investigate forecasting variances and implement corrective actions to improve planning performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, logistics, or related supply chain functions.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory planning, and operational planning processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within consumer goods (CPG), retail, beauty, healthcare, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and replenishment planning.
- Project management experience.
- Experience supporting cross-functional planning and supply chain optimization initiatives.
