  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain and deployment operations for a leading global technology company. In this role, you will coordinate equipment deployment, monitor site readiness, resolve supply chain issues, and analyze operational data to ensure successful project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain or operations, and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deployment orders from planning through completion to ensure timely equipment delivery.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to support site readiness.
  • Monitor deployment schedules and resolve order, inventory, and delivery issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer and internal support tickets related to deployment and supply chain operations.
  • Analyze operational data using Excel and SQL to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support business decisions.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and training materials.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, inventory, procurement, or business analysis.
  • Experience supporting deployment, order management, or inventory planning.
  • Understanding of systems, configuration management, or process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
