Supply Chain Analyst – RMA and Global Returns Analyst
Location: Remote – PST preferred
Duration: 6 Months Contract
We are looking for an experienced Global Returns Analyst to support a retail channel operations team in the AR/VR and consumer electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Process RMAs and analyze key drivers behind product returns
· Partner with service centers to resolve return-related issues
· Manage and resolve discrepancies through Jira cases
· Validate returns and ensure data accuracy
· File and manage retail customer disputes through retailer portals
· Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization
· Leverage AI-powered tools to improve returns workflows and reporting
· Analyze return trends and identify root causes
Required Qualifications
· 6–8+ years of experience in RMA processing and returns analysis
· Strong experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred
· Background in consumer electronics retail operations
· Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills
· Experience with process automation and workflow optimization
· Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools
· Proficiency with Jira or similar case management systems
· Experience with retail compliance and dispute resolution
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
Ideal Candidate: Someone with a strong combination of RMA/returns operations, supply chain analytics, ERP, automation, Jira, retail disputes, and consumer electronics experience.
