We are currently seeking a contract Specialty Program Operations Analyst to join a leading global healthcare supply chain and pharmaceutical logistics organization.
💰 Pay Rate: Up to $40.00/hour (Depending on experience) 📍 Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week) ⏰ Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with occasional flexibility for a mid-shift)
What you will be doing:
Optimize Supply Chain Workflows: Support critical specialty pharmacy programs, including Auto Substitution, Sequestration replenishment, and Fair Share allocation workflows.
Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate SAP configuration, program logic, material mapping, and allocation controls.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Leverage SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI to evaluate program performance, track inventory movement accuracy, and monitor core KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Portfolio, Pricing, Clinical, Buyers, and Distribution Centers to resolve inventory issues and support customer commitments.
Embrace Modern Workflows: Actively utilize and experiment with AI-enabled tools to streamline day-to-day operations and strengthen decision support.
What we are looking for:
Experience supporting specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, allocation, substitution, inventory, or replenishment processes.
Proficiency in SAP (configuration/logic) and reporting tools like Power BI or Salesforce.
High comfort level or strong interest in incorporating AI-enabled tools into daily operational workflows.
Reliable transportation to be onsite in Irving/Las Colinas 2 days a week.
