We are seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory planning, replenishment, reporting, and supply chain operations for a large retail environment. This role requires strong SQL, reporting, and dashboarding skills, along with the ability to analyze large datasets, automate processes, and deliver actionable business insights in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities:

  • - Manage inventory and replenishment activities to support in-stock targets and inventory flow across stores and distribution centres
  • - Analyze sales, forecasting, and inventory data to identify trends, risks, and replenishment opportunities
  • - Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated reporting processes to support business decisions
  • - Monitor and adjust replenishment systems and inventory levels based on demand changes and operational requirements
  • - Investigate out-of-stock and overstock issues and provide actionable recommendations
  • - Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, supply chain, and vendor teams
  • - Support KPI tracking, business reviews, and ad-hoc reporting requests

Key Requirements:

  • - 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis, replenishment, supply chain analytics, or a similar analytical role
  • - Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets
  • - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and BigQuery
  • - Strong reporting, dashboard development, and process automation experience
  • - Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
  • - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and quickly ramp up with minimal training
  • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • - Retail or supply chain experience is considered a strong asset
