The Position: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for delivering reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that improve visibility, data integrity, and decision-making across the Supply Chain organization. Through data analysis, KPI governance, and insight generation, this role helps identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers that support operational and strategic business objectives.

The Location: Hybrid combining working from home, and onsite in White River Junction VT roughly 1-2 times per quarter. Ideal candidates will be located within 120 miles of our offices.

The Pay: $67,800 to $91,500 annual salary; commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers through analysis of internal and external data sources, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses and develop executive-level insights that translate complex supply chain data to answer key business questions.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools that provide actionable visibility into Supply Chain performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and analytical assessments to support end-to-end supply chain strategy, capacity planning, network optimization, and risk management.
  • Identify operational efficiency and cost optimization opportunities through evaluation of supply chain performance, processes, and network operations.
  • Partner with Supply Planning, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, IT, and Business Process Improvement teams to provide analytical support, testing, and business insights related to reporting and planning systems.
  • Establish and maintain reporting definitions, KPI governance, and data validation processes that improve visibility and ensure consistency and trust in business reporting.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Supply Chain data structures, reporting architecture, and analytics tools, providing insights and decision support across the organization.
  • Diagnose data quality issues, reporting discrepancies, and planning system exceptions to improve data reliability, and analytical accuracy.
  • Support organizational capability development through analytical training, reporting resources, and self-service business intelligence tools.

Experience And Education

  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations Planning, or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning, supply planning, manufacturing, procurement, and distribution processes.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources, including data extraction, cleansing, modeling, and validation.
  • Experience working with ERP and planning systems; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
  • Experience with Power Query, DAX, SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools preferred.
  • Experience leveraging modern analytics and AI-enabled technologies, including machine learning, predictive analytics, Microsoft Copilot, Fabric, or similar decision-support tools preferred.

  • Ability to work for prolonged periods at a desk, both in a home office and onsite, using a computer and other standard office equipment.

  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment.
  • May occasionally be required to lift or move items up to 15 pounds (e.g., office materials, documents).

  • Ability to commute to the office for in-person meetings, trainings, or other business needs as required.

Work environment

  • This role operates in a professional office environment where most work is performed at a desk.
  • Remote work environment that meets KAB standards for work.
