Supply Chain Analyst

• Supply Chain Analyst – North America | Remote | Up to $70,000
• We are working with a fast-growing, family-owned nutrition company to find a Supply Chain Analyst to support its expanding North American business. This is a hands-on role coordinating shipments from the UK and Europe into the U.S., managing logistics partners, supporting inventory and customer fulfillment, and helping keep products moving accurately and on time.

• What you’ll do
• Coordinate international imports, freight partners, warehouses, customs documentation and delivery timelines
• Track shipments and resolve delays, receiving discrepancies, and claims for missing or damaged goods
• Manage customer orders, deliveries, collections and FIFO processes
• Maintain inventory records, investigate variances, and monitor KPIs such as OTIF and inventory accuracy
• Analyze supply chain data, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support growth projects

• What we’re looking for
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory or operations
• Experience managing international imports and working with freight forwarders
• Familiarity with customs processes and shipping documentation
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, plus experience with ERP, WMS or similar systems
• A detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities
• A degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations or a related field—or equivalent experience
