- Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. The successful candidate will analyze supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply planning activities.
- Support procurement, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities.
- Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor management processes.
- Ensure data accuracy across supply chain systems and reporting tools.
- Support cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
- Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools.
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce supply chains is a plus.
