Supply Chain Analyst

CornerStone TTS is partnering with a fast-growing organization in the fitness and health industry to hire a Supply Chain Data Analyst as it scales its manufacturing and distribution operations.

• Location: DFW Area – Hybrid
• Full-Time: Direct hire only, Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity

This is not a traditional BI/reporting role. We're looking for a true Supply Chain Analyst who happens to be strong with data—someone who understands end-to-end supply chain operations and can use analytics to identify problems, recommend solutions, and improve performance.

• What You'll Work On
• Demand forecasting and lead-time analysis
• Freight and transportation analytics
• Safety stock and inventory optimization
• Supply chain/process improvement
• Data and systems integration
• KPI development and operational analytics
• AI adoption within Supply Chain
• Analyzing data across Oracle, Salesforce, and other systems

• What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of supply chain analytics, planning, sourcing, or related experience
• Hands-on manufacturing AND distribution experience
• Advanced Excel
• Power BI & Power Query
• SQL and data mining/analytics
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory, ERP/MRP, and supply chain processes
• Process improvement mindset
• Strong communication, collaboration, and business acumen
• High EQ, ownership, self-discipline, and sense of urgency

• Nice to Have
• Python or statistical analysis
• Oracle/ERP experience
• AI tools or AI adoption experience
• Project leadership
• Experience working through complex system/data integrations
