  • Overview
  • This role reports to the Process Lead, Customer Supply and partners closely with Sales Operations Managers, Distributors, and the Logistics team to ensure efficient customer supply operations and distributor support.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook with advanced analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with Business Objects and SAP is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or a related customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors to ensure product availability and service level expectations are met.
  • Drive wholesale and retail sales opportunities through proactive inventory monitoring, forecasting, and analysis while balancing partner and company objectives.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to distributor, field sales, and internal requests or issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of forecasting, ordering, and reporting systems used by internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to users of supply chain and reporting systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
