Supply Chain Analyst

Payrate: $32.12 - $32.12/hr.

Summary:

The main function of this role is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule. The role involves reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules, as well as compiling reports on inventory levels and costs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly CPFR process with key accounts.
• Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sellout units.
• Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP.
• Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas.
• Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations.
• Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance.
• Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformation to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
• Present to and promote consensus-building internally and externally.
• Work in a multi-cultural business environment.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years related experience required.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Typical entry point for university graduates.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $32.12 - $32.12/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
