Job Summary:

This role is responsible for developing and managing weekly and monthly production schedules for various build programs. You will oversee the clear-to-build process, ensuring all necessary resources, materials, and labor are ready before production begins. Successfully balancing production capacity with demand while proactively communicating changes and risks will be critical to this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules.
• Manage the clear-to-build process for all builds.
• Coordinate material availability and labor capacity.
• Adjust plans based on dynamic changes and communicate impacts.
• Lead production stand-ups to align teams and track progress.
• Must-Have Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software like Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Industry Experience:
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in low-volume, high-mix production, is required.
