If you are currently enrolled in a BACB-approved program and seeking high-quality supervised fieldwork experience, the Student Analyst role offers hands-on clinical training, mentorship, and a clear development path through our BCBA Rise program.

Essential Functions

Provide high‑quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments

Implement behavior support plans (BSPs) and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA

Utilize evidence‑based ABA strategies, including DTT, NET, task analysis, prompting, and reinforcement strategies

Collect accurate, timely, and reliable data during therapy sessions

Review and monitor weekly treatment hours to ensure therapy expectations and compliance requirements are met

Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times

Contribute to client‑specific treatment plans based on assessments and developmental guidelines under BCBA supervision

Collaborate with technicians, supervisory teammates, and caregivers to support effective and efficient service delivery

Develop programs, advance targets, prepare materials, and implement procedural adjustments as directed

Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Support assessments and probe new targets to inform future treatment goals

Analyze behavioral data and assist with data‑driven clinical recommendations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required

Active enrollment in a BCBA or BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification

1,001 to 2,000 accrued supervision hours

Experience

Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire

Experience working with children and/or adolescents using ABA therapies

Solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles

Experience applying behavior‑analytic strategies to modify behavior
