- Role Description The Student Analyst is a full-time, in -person support managing cases, supporting the delivery of ABA therapy services under the supervision of certified clinicians. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data on client progress, and participating in sessions in clients’ homes. The role involves preparing therapy materials, supporting clients in developing daily living, social, and communication skills, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. The Student Analyst will collaborate with supervisors and other team members, attend trainings, and contribute to documentation and communication related to client care.
- Qualifications
- Interest in ABA therapy, psychology, education, or a related human services field, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Strong observational, note-taking, and data collection skills to accurately track client behaviors and progress.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work directly with children and families in home and community settings, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Capability to follow clinical guidance, accept feedback, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation to client homes in and around Elgin, IL, and willingness to work a consistent full-time schedule.
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Completed or close to completion of 2000 experience hours
- Prior experience with children, individuals with developmental or behavioral needs, or caregiving roles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies and ethical standards.
