Turing is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to drive high-stakes data delivery for the world’s leading frontier AI labs. You will own the full project lifecycle, managing massive contributor pools and building deep partnerships with organizations like OpenAI and Google DeepMind. This high-impact role reports directly to the President, focusing on scaling critical AI training infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic data projects, from initial customer kickoff to final quality-assured data pipelines, ensuring perfect alignment with researcher specifications and timelines.
• Orchestrate and performance-manage distributed teams of 100 to 1,000+ domain expert contributors, designing incentive systems and daily war room syncs to hit high-throughput production targets.
• Build and maintain long-term trust with frontier AI lab researchers, acting as the primary face of Turing while identifying expansion opportunities for multi-year strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate

• Proven background in consulting, finance, or high-growth startups with a track record of managing complex, operationally intense projects and multi-stakeholder relationships under significant pressure.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of diagnosing production bottlenecks in real-time, building measurement plans, and presenting technical solutions to demanding, high-profile clients in plain language.
• Experience managing large-scale teams or distributed contributor pools, with a genuine passion for gritty process optimization, quality control frameworks, and codifying scalable operational playbooks for others.
