Required Skills
7+ years of Business Analyst experience
Experience working with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps teams
Strong knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Observability/Monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, AppDynamics
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Knowledge of CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, and Production Support
Excellent stakeholder management and requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
Responsibilities
Gather and document business and technical requirements for SRE initiatives.
Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
Analyze production incidents and identify operational improvements.
Define SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
Support monitoring, observability, automation, and release activities.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Coordinate UAT and work with stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Nice to Have: Banking/Financial Services domain, ITIL/CBAP certification, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Python/Bash scripting.
