Sr Workday Analyst - Payroll, Benefits, Absence

IDR is seeking a Sr Workday Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity.

The position involves supporting and enhancing key Workday modules related to payroll, benefits, and absence, contributing to the organization’s talent acquisition and HR operational efficiencies.
• Position Overview for the Sr Workday Analyst:
• Responsible for supporting and optimizing Workday Payroll, Benefits, and Absence modules.
• Collaborates with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system solutions.
• Works on developing, testing, and maintaining integrations and configurations within Workday.
• Provides training and support to team members on new and existing talent technology processes.
• Contributes to projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness concerning talent management systems.
• Requirements for the Sr Workday Analyst:
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions.
• Experience supporting payroll processing cycles, time tracking operations, absence management activities, testing, configuration, and stakeholder management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the HR technology ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
