We are looking for a strong Sr. Test Analyst with hands-on experience in Healthcare/Payer domain, Playwright, TypeScript, UI/API automation, and database validation.

• 💻 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
• • Automate end-to-end business workflows for healthcare member portal applications.
• • Develop and execute UI and API automation scripts using industry-standard frameworks and design patterns.
• • Lead automation strategy, framework enhancements, and test coverage improvements.
• • Perform regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• • Conduct cross-browser testing across Chromium, Edge, and Firefox.
• • Integrate automation suites with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• • Perform backend data validation using SQL and MongoDB and validate APIs.
• • Analyze test failures, investigate defects, and coordinate resolution with development teams.
• • Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior QA engineers.
• • Participate in requirements analysis, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test strategy discussions.
• • Work closely with Onshore/Offshore QA, Development, Business, and Product teams.
• • Provide test execution reports, quality metrics, and regular status updates to stakeholders.
• • Support mobile testing and healthcare application validation where required.
