• The role will be based remotely, however in the event of an onsite meeting, the client does not pay for travel to attend on-site meetings, nor any expenses related to relocation, commuting, housing/accommodation, food/drink.
• The resource may be required to attend on-site meetings or work sessions in office on reasonable notice from the Client.

Overview: The Testing Analyst will provide testing, business readiness, training, and AI-enabled quality assurance services in support of the Consumer Licensing Enquiry Outreach (CLEO) initiative. The resource will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), enhancement testing, defect management, training material development, deployment readiness, post-implementation stabilization activities, and the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer processes.

Work Experience: (5+ years of experiene required)

• Experience coordinating testing activities with business users, business analysts, technical teams, project managers, security teams, and third-party vendors.
• Experience developing end-user training materials with one or more of the following: user guides, quick reference guides, job aids, process documentation, training presentations, and knowledge articles and validating against system functionality and business processes to ensure accuracy and usability
• Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating defects through resolution, and maintaining test execution records, testing metrics, trackers, and status reporting for project stakeholders.
• Experience in software testing methodologies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business process validation, including one or more of the following: developing and executing test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting data validation, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and deployment readiness activities.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with sprint-based testing cycles.

Nice-to-have experience:

• Experience designing role-based training programs and learning plans.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials and enabling teams on data, analytics, and AI best practices, governance, and platform adoption. Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to develop test cases, test scenarios, training guides, user documentation, job aids, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
• Experience supporting, delivering, and/or facilitating end-user training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, or knowledge transfer activities in classroom, virtual, or hybrid settings.
• Experience supporting business readiness and/or deployment readiness, go-live activities, post-implementation stabilization, hypercare, and operational transition.
• Experience supporting licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing service transformation initiatives
• Experience working with ServiceNow applications, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria.
