• Role Summary
• Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise and deep domain knowledge in Investment Banking, preferably within Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM). The role requires strong business analysis, stakeholder management, data modelling and analysis, and project delivery capabilities to drive end-to-end initiatives across business and technology teams.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and management across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FRD/FRS), and System Requirements (SRS).
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support Agile project delivery and manage stakeholder communication across functions.
• Create process flows, business workflows, and solution documentation.
• Apply UML (Unified Modeling Language) concepts including Use Case, Activity, Sequence, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and root-cause investigations using SQL.
• Develop conceptual and logical data models and ensure data quality standards are maintained.
• Work with APIs, system integrations, and interface specifications.
• Support data migration initiatives including data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Leverage BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Cognos, or Tableau for reporting and analytics.

• Required Skills & Experience
• Strong Investment Banking domain experience, preferably in DCM and ECM.
• Expertise in requirements management, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, and data modeling skills.
• Experience with UML, process modeling, and system analysis.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and data quality management.
• Exposure to Business Intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI, QlikView, Cognos etc.).
