2. About the Opportunity:
The Sr. People Experience Business Analyst role serves as a trusted strategic advisor responsible for delivering enterprise-aligned employee experiences across diverse and complex populations. This position combines expertise in HR processes, analytics, and employee relations with a focus on culture, engagement, and operational excellence. The role partners with leadership and HR teams to implement HR strategies, resolve complex employee issues, and drive continuous improvement in people practices, ensuring a high-quality employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Advise business leadership on complex HR policies and practices, interpreting guidelines and making informed recommendations.
- • Consult frontline leaders to influence people initiatives and promote best practices.
- • Proactively identify risks and opportunities in employee experience, developing aligned solutions.
- • Lead culture and engagement strategies using insights from data and business context.
- • Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle, recommending process improvements.
- • Provide coaching and performance management guidance on complex issues with HR best practices.
- • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify challenges such as retention risks and engagement drivers, proposing actionable solutions.
- • Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver integrated people solutions.
- • Contribute to the design and execution of enterprise-level people strategies.
- • Navigate complex organizational environments exercising sound judgment.
- • Mentor or lead less experienced People Experience Partners by sharing best practices.
4. Requirements:
- • Minimum 3 years of HR or related experience with proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and employee relations.
- • Experience in HR case handling and employee relations.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools.
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain confidentiality in fast-paced settings.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across People Team functions.
- • Preferred: Healthcare experience.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- • Salary range: $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
- • Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution, subject to eligibility.
