Sr. Order Management Analyst

• 2. About the Opportunity:
• The Sr. Order Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing complex order workflows to ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition. This role is crucial for maintaining speed and accuracy in the quote-to-cash process and works closely with sales, finance, and revenue operations teams to improve order management efficiency and scalability.
• 3. Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and process customer orders focusing on accuracy, compliance, and downstream effects
• Analyze complex and non-standard deal scenarios to identify risks and resolution strategies
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to resolve order issues and prevent recurring errors
• Analyze order data to detect patterns and root causes and propose process improvements
• Document and implement improvements to increase consistency and scalability
• Monitor order fulfillment status and communicate delays or issues proactively
• 4. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations in a fast-paced setting
• Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems, Salesforce required; NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred
• Ability to manage high workloads balancing accuracy, urgency, and business impact
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Data-driven mindset with sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Effective cross-functional communication skills
• 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
