- About the Opportunity
- The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Business Intelligence leads the global Business Intelligence strategy, governance, and delivery. This role is responsible for evolving enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities, enabling scalable and governed self-service analytics, and partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver insights that support strategic decisions across multiple functions. The position plays a key role in driving business transformation through data and analytics.
- Responsibilities
- • Lead and mentor a global Business Intelligence team, focusing on talent development and delivery excellence.
- • Define and implement enterprise BI strategy, roadmap, governance, and reporting portfolio.
- • Oversee analytics platforms including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle Fusion OTBI/BIP, Salesforce reporting, and related technologies.
- • Establish and maintain standards for BI architecture, data governance, security, documentation, and data quality.
- • Manage the BI product lifecycle from intake to support.
- • Drive modernization and migration of legacy reporting solutions.
- • Enable governed self-service analytics through programs and user communities.
- • Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize investments and maximize value.
- • Manage backlog, portfolio planning, release management, and performance measurement.
- • Support advanced analytics, data science, and AI initiatives.
- • Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior and executive leaders.
- Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- • Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data platforms.
- • At least 4 years of global or matrixed people leadership experience.
- • Proven leadership in enterprise BI strategy, governance, adoption, and delivery.
- • Expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, semantic models, data modeling, governance, and performance optimization.
- • Experience with cloud data platforms and enterprise applications such as ERP and CRM.
- • Strong knowledge of data governance, KPI standardization, and reporting architecture.
- • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, portfolio prioritization, backlog management, and JIRA governance.
- • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
- • Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
