Sr. Long Term Care Regulatory Compliance Analyst
LeadingAge New York, a statewide association of not-for-profit and government long term care providers, is seeking a senior long term care regulatory compliance analyst to support nursing homes and assisted living providers across the state. This role provides expert guidance on regulatory compliance, monitors and analyzes policy developments, and helps shape and advance advocacy positions on key legislative and regulatory issues.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and critical thinker who can translate complex regulations into practical guidance, build relationships with members and stakeholders, work with expert staff and represent the association in advancing the interests of long-term care providers. Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years relevant experience and knowledge of the regulatory environments. Experience working in a long term care setting preferred. Highly competitive benefit package, ample time off and great working conditions. Salary range is 70K to 80K.
