Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to leverage information systems and technologies to enhance business processes.
  • Support and maintain core business applications, including Oracle ERP, label printing solutions, EDI processing, and custom-built tools.
  • Develop ad‑hoc SQL queries and scripts to meet reporting and analytical needs.
  • Design, develop, test, train, and coordinate enhancements to existing applications and modules.
  • Design, develop, test, train, and coordinate implementation of new applications or modules.
  • Participate in project teams, contributing to project delivery and implementation activities.
  • Maintain application procedures, provide training, and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑level support to internal customers.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT within an Oracle ERP/CRM/Financials environment, preferably in automotive or supply‑chain focused industries.
  • Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end business processes such as order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, demand‑to‑build, financials, and planning.
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle R12.2 upgrades, full‑lifecycle implementations, and production support for modules like AP, AR, PO, GL, iProcurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in creating ad‑hoc SQL queries and strong familiarity with Oracle EBS applications.
  • Experience configuring and managing EDI transactions in Oracle for customers and suppliers.
  • Expertise in AIM methodology and ability to design requirements using RICE techniques.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with label‑printing software such as Loftware.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) development.
  • Familiarity with custom desktop applications and Central Desktop environments.
  • Strong documentation and training abilities.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of chemical manufacturing business processes and regulatory considerations.
