Senior Financial analyst
Must be local and comfortable for 5 days onsite.

F2F interview process
Experience:
5+ years of financial institution experience, ideally as an FSR, Senior FSR, or similar consultative/member advisory role.
Proven success in consultative selling and generating referrals across lending, mortgage, home equity/HELOC, and investment products.
Strong knowledge of mortgage, HELOC, consumer lending, deposits, IRAs, and digital banking, with a solid understanding of underwriting concepts.
Working knowledge of investments and financial planning, including account types, asset allocation, and retirement planning, along with applicable financial regulations.
Experience mentoring peers and supporting service excellence, with an active NMLS license and Notary Public commission preferred/required within the specified timeframe.
