• Duration: Full- Time
• WORK SCHEDULE: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off
• Up to 25% travel

• Key Responsibility
• Senior Specialist in Investor Relations will play a key role in executing the investor communications strategy for Missile Solutions ahead of and post Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Job Details:

• Preparation of quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, transcripts & materials, and press releases
• Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment
• Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows
• Provide detailed analysis and feedback on investor and analyst reports to senior management
• Manage and update investor relations content on the company website and social media channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications
• Support the execution of the investor relations strategy in line with corporate objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
