Job Description:

• • Design and implement AI/ML models focusing on GenAI, LLMs, ML models, and RAG architectures
• • Develop and fine-tune chat and voice bots (optional)
• • Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using Azure AI and App Services
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases and deliver AI-powered features
• • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners, both internally and externally
• • Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance
• • Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance
• • Stay up to date with the latest AI and machine learning technologies and trends
• • Evaluate and assess new tools and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• • Contribute to internal AI/ML knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives
• • Adhere to employment contract terms, company policies, procedures, and directives, including potential transfers, role or shift changes, flexible work policies, alternative arrangements, and other business-driven decisions
