Responsibilities

• Analyze data, create queries in SQL based on requirements, report data issues between AI Abstraction Tool, Document Management and rateLift.
• Manage and triage incident tickets received during production season
• Work with dev team and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects in production environment
• Review, reconcile, and troubleshoot data
• Write, maintain, and execute test cases for enhancements
• Be able to critical think and produce results.
• Other duties as assigned
