Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Compliance Data Analyst include, but are not limited to: 1) administrate the Compliance Hotline and manage the Compliance Department incident database; 2) analyze incident data in order to track and report trends and outliers, and aid in the development of the system's educational and training needs; 3) assist with compliance investigations; 4) participate in the provision of compliance and privacy education; and 5) complete assignments per the annual Compliance Work Plan. Qualifications: Education

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university Required
  • The ideal candidate has a post-graduate degree in health policy or healthcare compliance Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5 years in within the healthcare compliance and/or privacy industry Required
  • Experience with applied analytics Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • CHC - Certified Healthcare Compliance Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) within 180 Days Required or
  • Healthcare Compliance Officer (CPCO)-AAPC Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) Required
  • certified in applied analytics Preferred
