Iris client, one of their Educational Client is looking to hire Sr Business Process Analyst for Princeton NJ ( 1 Day Hybrid/Week).

• Job Title: Sr Business Process Analyst
• Location: Princeton NJ (1 Day Hybrid/Week).

• Role Summary
• The Business Process Analyst should focus on process analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with data, analytics, AI, and automation programs is beneficial, particularly for identifying automation opportunities and supporting business transformation efforts. However, strong business analysis, process mapping, and process design skills are more important.
• Six Sigma, Black Belt is a must

• Elicits product requirements and articulate as features
• Participates in requirements analysis and prioritization
• Works with IT and other FCEs to translate product requirements into development demands
• Dynamically supports development activities, clarifies business requirements and supports test case development Manages backlogs actively
• Assists in creation of features / user stories documentation and conducts general coordination of building out the product
• Coordinates dependencies across FCEs and tracks / reports progress
• Adheres to ethical; standards and complies with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function
• Documented business requirements
• Spreadsheets and other documents to provide financial support and presentations to customers
• Project plans and scope documents
• Recommendations for product enhancement to improve productivity for business units and IT
• Research, interviews and data analysis in order to create business cases for projects
• Preliminary investigations for project requests, review of requirements, specifications, testing, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with ETS’s business objectives
